The Chill out zone

Holding anger is like poison. It eats you from inside. We think that hating is a weapon that attacks the person who harmed us. But hatred is a curved blade. And the harm we do, we do to ourselves. At the end of day, its the person who harmed us who will have the last laugh.

So no point being angry with*/hate a person for more than 24hrs for a silly mistake that he/she may have committed. Always remember forgive & forget is one of the greatest virtue of the human race. The possesion of this quality shows alot about one's character indeed. Whether this guy is going to be your next good buddy or the asshole who is going to stab you hard at the back when you are down. All these boils down to this special quality that we all learn before primary school education.

To cut this short, I have learnt to control my emotions better after months as a NSF. I have learnt to "da shi hua xiao, xiao shi hua wu" a literal translation will mean big problem become small problem, small problem become no problem. Its all about making couple more frens, cooking up some fun and most importantly chiLL out during this 2 years of service. It has already made a happier person even though I'm not even at the halfway mark.

Just to add one abit more, I feel that there is no point worrying about things that has yet to happen. Things like posting order, guard duties, extras etc. I always believe if some is destined to happen on you, lan lan will kena you. 100% plus chop no escape one. So my point is Dun worry, be happy! smilee =)
